Ithaca is blessed to have a vibrant and diverse yoga community. The following events are either hosted by Singing Heart Yoga, presented in collaboration with other yoga studios, or simply great happenings that we want to promote. Enjoy!

Intro To Meditation
In this one 45 min session we will experience deep relaxation, meditation and some powerful breathing techniques to de-stress the mind and body restore harmony in the system.

This will also be an introduction to the upcoming Happiness Workshop.

The session is free for all ages above 18 and no prerequisite is needed. 

Venue: St. Luke Lutheran Church, Second floor, 109 Oak Avenue, Ithaca, Close to CTB. Entrance is from left side when facing church, slightly towards driveway.

Happiness Program April 14-16

We are happy to inform you that the next Happiness Program is coming to Binghamton April 14-16 (10 am - 1 pm on Saturday and Sunday, 7 pm - 10 pm on Monday). Please see attached flyer for details.

The key component of the program is a powerful breathing technique called the Sudarshan Kriya that removes stress and toxins from every cell of your body, leaving you more alive, happy and peaceful. This technique has been validated by a large body of scientific research. You'll also learn a mix of yoga, breathing and meditation that will raise the quality of your life, and which you can incorporate into your day for greater health, focus and relaxation.

This workshop opens up so many hidden qualities within you, and only in a matter of 9 hours! You will also be able to take home practices for your life - practical tools to release stress and deal calmly on a daily basis with even the most difficult of situations.

We will also be having a free online open-to-all "Mind and Meditation" session on Thursday, March 29, 8 pm - 9 pm: https://zoom.us/j/642594680During this free mini-workshop, you will experience a short glimpse of the vast potential of your true self through the practice of powerful breathing exercises and guided meditation.

Dance Church is a home for free movement expression in Ithaca. The DJ is the minister, the music is the sermon, and the dancers are the congregation! Feel free to come for the whole "service" or just drop in for a while. Love offering donations gratefully accepted,with no one turned away. All ages welcome.  No dance experience or skill necessary, only a love of great inspiring music and a willingness to explore the sacred through movement. Come dance your prayers!
